JOB DESCRIPTION

To find and work new sales leads and to  follow-up with prospects and their requirements for custom residential and commercial design, build and renovation projects.  The ideal candidate must be able to find and grow business within both new and existing accounts with minimal supervision.   Candidates should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with leads, clients, vendors and co-workers.  Must be self-motivated and driven to close business and make customers happy and referencable.  Must be organized, and have a high attention to detail and be able to turn-around estimates & quotes in a quick, accurate and cost effective manner.

EXPERIENCE/MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years experience in the construction industry understanding, discussing, and documenting prospect requirements
  • history of exceeding sales quota
  • prospect budget/timing/authority against project scope
  • assembled and presented estimates/quotations
  • sourced product and service offerings as needed for prospect project needs
  • experience using salesforce automation tools for capturing sales activities, opportunity pipeline and forecasts
  • experience using word processing, spreadsheets, and Google Suite software
  • vehicle with valid drivers license
