With Dave’s leadership and renovation knowledge which started some 20+ years ago with his first job working with wood at Beaver Lumber, Dave found his passion for renovation and woodworking early in his life, which aspired him to start and build his first decking company 17 years ago where he has worked with many clients on hundreds of successful renovation projects.   Dave’s attention to detail allows him to focus on renovating his client’s homes to the highest level of satisfaction, so much that we highlight and refer to his unique customizations as “Dave’s Amazing Vision to Detail’ or DAVID for short to highlight the small professional details that Dave puts into all of his projects.  The right side of the page highlights a couple of DAVID customizations.

In addition, Dave’s previous experience as a part-time real estate agent provides him with a well rounded background to help and assist home owners with prudent financial renovation advice that relates to investing back into their homes and providing the highest return on their renovation investment when reselling their home.
